Apprenticeships

We design and manufacture world class agricultural machinery products. With continual new product development and improvement we are involved in the designt and manufacture of the UK’s fastest growing Agri Machinery range.

We are offering apprenticeships to those who can clearly display an interest in engineering.

Combining classroom study with on-the-job learning, our Engineering Apprenticeships provide the foundations for a career in engineering. They offer the training, guidance and support you need to develop valuable skills, earn sought-after qualifications and establish yourself in your chosen career.

If you want to be hands on, building or testing equipment, our Engineering Apprenticeship is for you. Guided and supported by experienced and advanced engineers, this is a career path that will allow you to:

Engineering Operations apprenticeships

• NVQ level 2 with hands on work based skills learning with various career options:
• Machine building, welding, fabrication, metal forming
• First available starting date: Aug 2013

Technician Apprenticeship

• Finished GCSEs or A levels
• Interested in further education in a National certificate and higher national certificates in engineering with careers in Design, product development, Cad, robotic programming, CNC programming, production planning and management

An award winning process that allows third level education (Hnd Degree, Masters Degree) students to advance their skills through work based learning via summer and Year out Placement with a guaranteed job at the end of the process for successful candidates.

Blaney Agri also offers a range of placements for engineering and business students who want to challenge themselves and develop their skills; Blaney Agri adopt a unique company culture that allows students on placements to go as far as they can within the business, seeing placement students designing and creating machines from concept, prototype to sale, business placements setting up and visiting dealers promoting the Blaney Agri range, but don’t take our word for it;
